According to VietNamNet reporters on March 7, the Ngoc Anh rest stop area, thousands of square meters wide, located next to National Highway 2 owned by Tuan "trang", was closed, with no vehicles or passengers stopping at the station.

Informing reporters, Mr. Cao Xuan Truong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Loc Commune, Phu Ninh District, said that Ngoc Anh rest stop is located in the area of ​​Phu Loc Commune and Phu Ho Commune (Phu Tho Town). According to Mr. Truong, next to the rest stop is the majestic mansion of gangster Tuan 'trang'.

According to the reporter's observation, this morning, the mansion's gate was closed, inside there were 3 large, solid buildings, a swimming pool and surrounding trees. Only one person appeared inside this area in the morning.
