With the National Quality Gold Award, Vietnam Post has been selected to participate in the International Award. In addition, with outstanding results, competitiveness, product and service quality, and reputation and brand in the field of logistics and postal delivery in the market, Vietnam Post has also been awarded the Asia-Pacific International Quality Award (GPEA) in 2024 in the highest category - World Class Award.

Vietnam Post currently owns the largest postal infrastructure in the country with more than 13,000 service points spanning 63 provinces and cities to the village, commune, border and island levels; connecting to more than 220 countries and territories; 7 regional operation center HUBs equipped with large-capacity automatic sorting lines; 700 district-level operation centers; hundreds of thousands of square meters of warehouses; 100 container trains on the North-South railway line and tens of thousands of specialized vehicles. This is an important foundation for Vietnam Post to develop a multi-service ecosystem, meeting the increasing needs of customers.

Thanks to the strategy of investing in developing postal infrastructure, innovation, application of high technology and digital platforms in production operations, Vietnam Post has affirmed its position as a national postal enterprise and the only postal enterprise in Vietnam designated to join the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Vietnam Post has contributed to upgrading Vietnam's Postal Development Index (2IPD) from level 6 to level 8, up 15 places (from 46th to 31st) compared to 2023, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnam's postal service on the international map.

The 2024 National Quality Gold Award is a recognition of the outstanding achievements that Vietnam Post has achieved, and at the same time a strong affirmation of the stature and aspirations of the national postal enterprise. Vietnam Post is committed to continuing to develop comprehensively, constantly making breakthroughs, improving service quality, expanding the multi-service ecosystem and maintaining its pioneering role in all fields.

The National Quality Award (GTCLQG) is a prestigious national award given by the Prime Minister to organizations and enterprises that have demonstrated excellence in improving the quality of products and goods. GTCLQG is stipulated in the Law on Product and Goods Quality and belongs to the Asia-Pacific International Quality Award (GPEA) system of the Asia-Pacific Quality Organization (APQO). The Ministry of Science and Technology is the agency assigned by the Government to preside over the organization of annual awarding activities.
