On the evening of March 1, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union coordinated with the Border Guard Command and the Military Youth Committee to organize the program "March Border" with the theme "I love my Fatherland" at the My Quy Tay Border Guard Station, Duc Hue District, Long An.
This is one of the key programs within the framework of the Central Youth Month Launching Ceremony 2025 organized by the Central Youth Union in Long An province.

Speaking at the program launch, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union - said that "March Border Month" in 2025 will be focused on implementing 3 key groups of contents by the Union's chapters, members, and youth, including activities to promote propaganda and education for young people about traditions, love for the homeland and the responsibility of young people for sovereignty, border and island security in the new situation.
Group of activities to show gratitude, exchange, discuss, establish friendship, and visit between Youth Union, Association, Youth Union members, Association members, youth with veterans, officers, and soldiers of the border guard.
The group of social security activities and undertaking youth projects and tasks associated with the tasks of maintaining national security and defense, socio-economic development, applying new technologies, digital transformation, establishing a volunteer team "Digital Education for the People" to support improving digital capacity for children and people, narrowing the digital gap in society in border areas, etc.
Colonel Vu Quoc An, deputy political commissar of the Border Guard, commented: "The program was launched in Duc Hue district, a border area rich in revolutionary traditions of Long An province, with the theme I love my Fatherland.
I believe that through many practical activities, the program will continue to spread love for the country, foster a sense of responsibility for territorial sovereignty and national border security for the young generation. Promote the spirit of volunteerism of young people in participating in socio-economic development, caring for ethnic minorities, including children in the border and island areas of the Fatherland."

Earlier in the afternoon of the same day, the organizing units coordinated to carry out many activities such as the inauguration and handover of the "Lighting up the border" project, the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Bridge of Happiness", and the "Toilet for children" project at Rang Dong Kindergarten, My Quy Dong commune, Duc Hue district.
In addition, the "Computer room" was also handed over to students at My Quy Tay Primary School, and "Bookshelf for children" at My Quy Secondary and High School, My Quy Tay Commune, Duc Hue District.
