Implement training well, maintain strict training in professional skills and safety techniques, especially for units training new soldiers. In particular, pay attention to occupational safety and hygiene, organize drills on fire prevention and fighting plans, protect agencies, units, warehouses, stations and workshops, ensure safety in training, combat readiness, drills, live-fire tests, and in construction of works in agencies and units.
