Binh Thuan reorganizes and merges many specialized agencies and appoints and transfers cadres

(NLDO) - After the arrangement and merger, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province will have 13 specialized agencies, operating from March 1, 2025.

On the afternoon of February 20, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and the Decisions of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on personnel work.

At the conference, Binh Thuan province announced Resolution No. 07/NQ-HDND dated February 20, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council resolved to establish 6 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, including: Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on the basis of reorganizing the Ethnic Minorities Committee and receiving the functions, tasks and organization of the state management advisory apparatus on beliefs and religions from the Department of Home Affairs; Department of Science and Technology on the basis of merging the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Science and Technology; Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Finance on the basis of merging the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance; Department of Construction on the basis of merging the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction.

Reorganize 5 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, including: Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Education and Training; Department of Justice; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Health. The merged and reorganized departments will officially come into operation from March 1, 2025.

After establishment and reorganization, the Provincial People's Committee has 13 specialized agencies including the following departments: Industry and Trade; Ethnicity and Religion; Education and Training; Science and Technology; Home Affairs; Agriculture and Environment; Finance; Justice; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Construction; Health; Provincial People's Committee Office and Provincial Inspectorate.

At the conference, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work, effective from March 1, 2025. Specifically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointed Mr. Phan The Hanh to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance and Deputy Directors: Nguyen Van Hoa, Bui Thi Hong Thuy, Nguyen Van Dung, Mai Van Hieu, Vo Duc Tuan.

A series of departments in Binh Thuan were mobilized after the organization was reorganized and streamlined.

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Tien to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction and appoint deputy directors: Tran Duc Minh, Nguyen Duc Toan, Bui Truong Son, Huynh Ngoc Thanh, Nguyen Duc Minh Tien, Nguyen Thanh Long.

Appoint Mr. Vo Thanh Cong to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology and deputy directors: Huynh Thanh Quang, Tran Thanh Duy, Mai Thanh Nga, Nguyen Hoai Trung.

Appoint Mr. Do Van Chung to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Deputy Directors: Tran Huu Tuan, Nguyen Thi Bong, Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Tran Thi Thanh Nhan.

Appoint Mr. Cao Son Dung to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and deputy directors: Tran Huu Minh Tung, Huynh Duy Khoi, Nguyen Van Chien, Le Thanh Son, Nguyen Huu Phuoc, Phan Van Tan.

Appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan as Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and deputy directors: Ho Thi Kim Le, Thanh Thi Minh Hien, Tran Ngoc Tan.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also decided to transfer and appoint Ms. Le Thi Bich Lien - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs before arranging to work at the Department of Education and Training and hold the position of director of the department.

Transfer Mr. Nguyen Le Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications before being assigned to work at the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department.

Transfer Mr. Nguyen Xuan Loc - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs before being assigned to work at the Department of Health and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department.

Earlier, in the morning of the same day, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Nam, Director of the Department of Transport, as Secretary of Tanh Linh District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Nam, Director of the Department of Transport of Binh Thuan province, was appointed Secretary of the Tanh Linh District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Secretary of Tanh Linh District Party Committee, was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Toan Thang, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan province, came to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, for a period of 5 years.
