At the congress, Binh Phuoc children reported their achievements to the Party, Uncle Ho, leaders of Binh Phuoc province and participating delegates. Speaking at the congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh praised the achievements that the Binh Phuoc Young Pioneers and the province's children have made in the recent past. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh emphasized: “In the recent past, the team work and the children's movement in the province have developed strongly, proactively and implemented projects and models of activities, contributing to improving the quality of team work in the province. Teams at all levels in the province have had many good and creative ways in implementing the movement, attracting a large number of children to participate and achieving many results. Looking back on the past journey, we are very happy that the children of Binh Phuoc have constantly strived to practice and achieved many proud achievements. They not only excelled in studying and practicing but also left their mark through participating in movements and actively contributing to the overall development of the province and the country".

At the congress, the Executive Committee of Binh Phuoc Provincial Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 22 outstanding children with outstanding achievements in implementing the movement "Binh Phuoc children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings". The Provincial Youth Union Council honored and awarded the title of Good Children of Uncle Ho at the provincial level to 135 children with many outstanding achievements in studying and the Youth Union movement. They are the most beautiful flowers representing more than 196 thousand members, teenagers and children of Binh Phuoc. All of them have together created a beautiful flower garden with shining examples and good stories to respectfully offer to the Party and beloved Uncle Ho.
