Binh Thuan is about to open the first night food street in Phan Thiet

In just over a month, the Food Street in the center of Phan Thiet City will welcome guests on weekend evenings, with a scale of nearly 100 stalls.

According to the announcement from the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City, Phan Thiet Food Street will be piloted in September 2024. This activity aims to orient the development of a night-time economic model suitable to the advantages and practical conditions of Phan Thiet. Thereby introducing and promoting Phan Thiet's traditional culinary tourism to domestic and foreign tourists.

Food Street 2024 is held on Tuyen Quang Street, Phan Thiet City, from Nguyen Tat Thanh Street to Thu Khoa Huan Street, about 300 meters long. Operating hours are from 5:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. every Friday and Saturday.

It is expected that there will be 50 - 100 booths participating. And it is divided into areas: Food street with food booths and OCOP products of Binh Thuan; Area focusing on introducing local specialties (cargo stalls, street vendors, booths...) following the model of a rural market...

Phan Thiet Food Street promises to be a place that attracts many tourists and locals to visit, eat and enjoy Binh Thuan's specialties. At the same time, it will create more tourism products at night.
