Over the past time, the medical team of the Provincial General Hospital has always tried their best and devoted themselves to caring for and treating patients.
In addition, the hospital has received investment and is constantly growing, and by 2022 the Provincial General Hospital was recognized as a Grade I Hospital; in 2024, it successfully implemented 6 new specialized techniques for the first time, helping people have access to high-tech medical services.
On this occasion, the Provincial General Hospital officially launched 3 contents, including: HFS software, an internal financial management solution at Vinh Long Provincial General Hospital; smart kiosk for registering for medical examination and treatment (KCB), paying hospital fees online; and remote registration software for KCB.
The deployment of this software will bring many benefits to financial management activities as well as medical examination and treatment activities at the hospital, and will contribute to promoting the digital transformation process of the hospital, towards building a smart hospital.
Attending and speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh hoped that the Provincial General Hospital would continue to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services, especially specialized techniques and develop some new services; develop high-quality human resources, to continue to create a new position for the hospital, steadfast in all challenges.
In addition, it is necessary to promote digital transformation, apply information technology, and strengthen administrative reform to better serve the medical examination and treatment needs and health care of people in and outside the province. Mobilize social resources to improve the quality of health care services for the people.
