Closing conference on professional training in protecting the Party's ideological foundation in 2024

On the morning of October 18, the Steering Committee of 35 provinces closed the conference to foster professional skills in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile views in 2024.

After two days of work, the conference completed its content and agenda. At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Nguyen Tri Thuc, Head of the Special Topics Department - Communist Magazine, present the topic "Skills in recognizing and identifying false and hostile information and writing political articles to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against false and hostile viewpoints" and Comrade Vu Trong Ha, Director, Chief of Office, full-time member of the Central Steering Committee 35, present the topic "Experience in implementing activities to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against false and hostile viewpoints and some issues arising in the coming time".

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the two topics at the 2024 training conference are important and useful issues, which have been deeply analyzed by the Central reporters combined with the practical situation in the country and Ninh Binh province, so they are easy to understand and absorb.

Delegates and students attended the conference with a serious spirit and attitude; besides focusing on listening, students actively took notes and researched the topics.

Comrade Vu Trong Ha, Director, Chief of Office, full-time member of Central Steering Committee 35, delivered a speech at the conference.

Through the content of the two topics, delegates have mastered the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's and the province's policies and laws on protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the current situation. At the same time, they have improved their skills in identifying false information and writing articles, handling bad, toxic information, erroneous and hostile views, especially in cyberspace.

After the training conference, the Organizing Committee requested delegates to continue studying the content of the topics, effectively applying the knowledge into practice to successfully complete assigned tasks in localities, agencies and units; contributing to continuing to deploy and effectively implement Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW, dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on "strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation".
