Arrested 7 subjects sexually assaulting 15 year old girl

Regarding the case of a 15-year-old girl named TTNY in Ca Mau who was sexually abused by many people, on the evening of March 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Ca Mau Province Police initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained 7 related subjects. More notably, of the 7 subjects arrested, 6 were related to the victim.

Previously, on February 15, Lam Trung Luan (37 years old, residing in Cai Nuoc town, Cai Nuoc district, Ca Mau) took Y. to a motel to have sex. Discovering the incident, Ms. TCA (Y.'s aunt) took Y. to the Tan Hung Dong Commune Police (Cai Nuoc district) to report.

Y. told the police that he met Luan while taking care of a relative in the hospital. From there, they developed feelings for each other and had sex many times.

Y. said that, in addition to Luan, during the time she lived at her grandmother's house from 2017 until now, she was also sexually abused by 6 relatives, including Dang Chi Nguyen (50 years old, the victim's uncle, and the husband of Ms. TCA).
