Specifically, the department has assigned general and specialized hospitals at the end of the line to provide professional support to Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital. Accordingly, People's Hospital 115 is responsible for comprehensive support and development of key specialties in stroke treatment, Children's Hospital 1 is responsible for supporting pediatric specialties, Tu Du Hospital is responsible for supporting obstetrics and gynecology specialties, and the Hospital of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery is responsible for supporting maxillofacial specialties.
In the first phase, doctors from the following hospitals: People's Hospital 115, Children's Hospital 1, Tu Du Hospital and City Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology will participate in examining and directly treating patients, providing practical guidance in assigned fields, and at the same time providing guidance on developing treatment regimens, technical procedures and organizing training courses to improve professional qualifications for medical staff of Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital.
In addition, hospitals have agreed to develop coordination regulations in consultation, emergency transportation, remote medical examination and treatment, ensuring that all work is carried out smoothly and effectively.
Comprehensive cooperation and support from end-line hospitals not only helps improve professional capacity but also creates new motivation and opportunities for Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital to move forward to meet all conditions to transfer specialized techniques, affirming its position as a quality gateway hospital for people in the region.
As planned, the Department of Health will hold a signing ceremony for comprehensive professional support for Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital on April 4.
