Vingroup contributes the most to the budget among private enterprises
The Private 100 2024 Report - a list of the 100 private enterprises that pay the largest budget in the country in the 2023 fiscal year, published by Cafe F on August 15 - recorded that the top 100 private enterprises paid about 173,000 billion VND to the budget.
In the list of 100 private enterprises paying the largest budget in 2023, Vingroup Corporation leads the way, paying about 30,900 billion VND to the budget.
Vingroup's budget payment in 2023 includes 5 main items, which are domestic VAT of about 10,970 billion VND, corporate income tax of about 6,870 billion VND, personal income tax of 2,600 billion VND, real estate tax, land rent of about 4,900 billion VND, the rest is VAT on imported goods.
In next order: Thaco Group paid 21,000 billion VND to the budget, Vinhomes paid about 18,100 billion VND to the budget, Hoa Phat Group paid about 9,000 billion VND to the budget, Techcombank paid 7,900 billion VND to the budget.
FPT paid about 7,300 billion VND to the budget, VPBank paid about 5,900 billion VND to the budget, Hoang Huy Group paid about 5,300 billion VND to the budget, ACB Bank paid about 5,200 billion VND to the budget, CRV Group paid about 5,100 billion VND to the budget.
It can be seen that in the group of 10 private enterprises contributing the largest amount to the budget in the fiscal year 2023, there are two enterprises belonging to the business and investment ecosystem of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, namely Vingroup and Vinhomes.
These two enterprises paid more than 49,000 billion VND to the budget, accounting for more than 1/4 of the total budget payment of the top 100 private enterprises in the country.
If we add up the budget payment of about 2,000 billion VND of VinFast, the budget payment of enterprises related to billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong will amount to more than 51,000 billion VND.
100 private enterprises contribute 10% of the total national budget revenue
In addition, the Private 100 2024 report also recorded more than 30 private enterprises with budget contributions of thousands of billions in fiscal year 2023 such as: Masan Group, Vinamilk, VIB, SHB, HDB, TPBank, Doji, Sacombank, VinFast, Doji Land, MSB, PNJ...
The Private 100 report aims to honor private enterprises that make large annual budget contributions, while also promoting the spirit of social service of enterprises.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the country's total budget revenue in 2023 will reach about VND 1,752,500 billion.
Compared to the total budget revenue in 2023, the 100 largest private budget-paying enterprises in the country contribute about 10% of the total budget revenue for the year.
