NDO - Starting tomorrow, more than 109,078 candidates in Hanoi and more than 1 million candidates nationwide will take the National High School Graduation Exam. This afternoon (June 26), candidates went to the exam sites to complete procedures to take the 2024 High School Graduation Exam.

On the morning of June 26, at the Thang Long High School exam site, as scheduled, the exam supervisors met at the exam site.

Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen, Principal of Tran Phu High School - Hoan Kiem (Hanoi), Head of Thang Long High School Examination Site, said that at Thang Long High School Examination Site, there are a total of 21 examination rooms, 2 spare rooms with 504 candidates and 71 invigilators. At the same time, the examination site has reported to the examination steering committee that there are full backup plans in case of following the instructions.

Ms. Le Thi Hai Anh, Deputy Head of the Thang Long High School Examination Site, said that the contingency work at the examination site was checked before the exam. The storage room for candidates was prepared according to regulations. In addition, at the examination site, there was strong support from Hai Ba Trung District Youth Union from the stages of ensuring traffic flow before the examination site, the storage area for candidates, supporting candidates in case of rain...

In 2024, the total number of candidates taking the 2024 High School Graduation Exam is 1,067,391 (in 2023, it is 1,024,063). Of which, the number of independent candidates registering for the exam is 45,344 (in 2023, it is 37,841).

The provinces and cities with the highest number of candidates registering for the exam include: Hanoi: 109,078 candidates. Ho Chi Minh City: 88,196 candidates; Thanh Hoa: 38,677 candidates.
