NDO - On March 8, at Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-Tourism Area (Dong Giang district), the People's Committee of Quang Nam province coordinated with FVG Travel Group Joint Stock Company to organize the International Travel Conference - Quang Nam 2025 with the theme "Hoi An-My Son-Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route: Where nature and culture blend".
Attending the workshop were Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, representatives of tourism leaders of several provinces and cities; tourism experts, international delegates; airlines and nearly 250 delegates, tourism businesses, domestic and international travel agencies.
The workshop focused on discussing, identifying challenges and proposing strategic solutions to diversify tourism products, attracting domestic and international tourists to Quang Nam. Thereby, promoting tourism development in Quang Nam in general and the western mountainous region of the province in particular.

At the workshop, Quang Nam announced and introduced the tourism route connecting from east to west (Quang Nam): Hoi An-My Son-Dong Giang, expanding tourism space, reducing pressure on heritage, connecting diverse cultures and attracting visitors.
Some of the main activities within the framework of the Quang Nam International Travel Conference 2025 include: Announcing the decision and awarding the Green Tourism certificate to the Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-Tourism Area; announcing the decision to approve the transport exploitation route on the Hoi An-My Son-Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route; awarding the record certificate for the longest dragon-shaped covered corridor across the mountain in Vietnam; organizing a space to display tourism products and OCOP typical of Quang Nam province; signing memorandums of understanding on cooperation and association to develop tourism in Quang Nam and announcing the new tourism development corridor of Quang Nam province: "Hoi An-My Son-Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route: Where nature harmonizes with culture".

Speaking at the workshop, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet said that the Hoi An-My Son-Dong Giang Heaven Gate heritage route is the first official intra-provincial tourism route announced in the orientation of developing a new tourism corridor in Quang Nam province connecting the Hoi An-My Son tourism center with the west of the province.

Quang Nam Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet noted that after the Hoi An-My Son-Dong Giang connecting tourism route is formed, tourism units and businesses need to promote the construction and development of diverse tourism products, provide quality services for domestic and international tourists; form diverse tourism programs and organize connections between tourist destinations in Quang Nam province.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam Nguyen Thanh Hong said that in addition to the International Travel Conference - Quang Nam 2025, there is also a survey program "Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route: Where nature and culture meet" for tourism experts and domestic and international travel agencies (from March 6-9).
The tour program offers the opportunity to experience and explore unique destinations along the way when experiencing the peaceful beauty of Tra Que Vegetable Village; taking a boat to watch the sunset on Thu Bon River; visiting 2 world cultural heritages: Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Temple Complex and exploring Dong Giang Heaven Gate - where a system of 25 natural waterfalls, unique architectural space and traditional cultural values of the Co Tu people converge.
