The 2024 Kovalevskaia Prize was awarded to two female scientists: Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Minh Tan - Director of the Institute for Research and Development of Applications of Natural Compounds, Lecturer of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, School of Chemistry and Life Sciences, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi My Dung - Deputy Director of the Institute of Nanotechnology, Ho Chi Minh City National University.
The two female scientists have had outstanding achievements in scientific research and practical application, making important contributions to the development of the unit and the industry. Many research results have been put into practical application, transferring billions of dong worth of technology to businesses in Vietnam.
