Excellently "passing the gate" successfully in the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, Do Nguyen Hai An, grade 12 English 1 major, Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted, won the national runner-up position and was the province's valedictorian with a score of 28.65 points in 3 university entrance exam subjects (group D01) (Math 9.8, English 9.6, Literature 9.25).

Overwhelmed with joy when receiving the good news that he was the second-highest student in the country and the valedictorian of the province with the highest score in 3 subjects for university entrance exams (group D01), Do Nguyen Hai An excitedly shared: When I knew the results of the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, I was very happy because the results exceeded my expectations, especially the score in Literature. When the school and teachers announced that I was the second-highest student in the country and the valedictorian of the province, group D01, I was very surprised. That was the result of my efforts and the care and encouragement of teachers and friends during the 3 years of studying at the school.

Our impression when talking to Hai An is her closeness, cheerfulness and high independence in studying and living away from home. Guided and inspired by her mother's passion for English since grade 3, Hai An was determined to pursue English when she chose to take the exam and study at Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted. During the 3 years of boarding school, far from home, Hai An was always self-motivated in studying and always arranged her life scientifically, helping her parents feel secure when their child studied away from home.

Hai An's study time is quite flexible between studying and practicing sports such as: swimming, relaxing, chatting with friends... Do Nguyen Hai An said: I am very lucky to study in a dynamic, high-quality professional environment. Although I have lived away from home since grade 10, my teachers and friends always encourage and motivate me in my studies.

In particular, I was fortunate to have good teachers at school, who taught me a lot of knowledge to improve my level. In addition, to achieve good and excellent scores, I spent time studying and mastering basic knowledge, focusing on doing the test carefully from easy to difficult questions. I actively studied by reading books to practice good writing style to apply in my studies.

Studying well in all subjects in the High School Education program, in which English has been a part of Do Nguyen Hai An's life for over 10 years. Hai An exudes a mature demeanor, has a talent for English, perseverance and modesty so that she has a "strategy" in the learning process to achieve the best results.

To assert himself with his English major, Do Nguyen Hai Anh always tries to practice the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and applies many methods of learning English in the most natural way so that he can master the subject.

Thanks to her initiative in studying, Hai An has won many high achievements in excellent student competitions: In the 2022-2023 school year, in addition to achieving 8.0 IELTS, Hai An won second prize in English, second prize in Provincial Combination Excellent Student; third prize in Provincial Excellent Student in Math, Provincial Excellent Student in Literature and was the Provincial Top Student in Group D01; National Runner-up in Group D01. Currently, Hai An is planning to pursue and choose Marketing at the National Economics University to study and start a career in the future.
