93 students in Hai Duong completed national defense and security training for subject 3

Colonel Nguyen Trong Hung, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, awarded certificates to the trainees.

During 12 days (from August 15 to 27), 93 trainees were trained, researched, and studied 21 topics with basic contents on the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws on national defense and security; national border protection strategy; management and protection of Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty in the new situation; some issues on building defense zones in the new situation; responsibilities of agencies, organizations, and localities in building defense zones, etc.

At the end of the course, all students were awarded a certificate of completion, of which 25 students achieved excellent results; 68 students achieved fair results.
