Actively mobilize people to participate in patriotic emulation movements

On December 2, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam province held a conference to train and foster Front work in 2024.

TAP HUAN 1 — *Mr. Le Tri Thanh spoke at the training conference.*

Attending the training conference were Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and 276 officials and civil servants who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at district and commune levels in the province.

Speaking at the training conference, Mr. Le Tri Thanh said that this training conference aims to equip the grassroots Front with skills in propaganda work and affirm the position and role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; pay attention to promoting the right to mastery, mobilizing the people to actively participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements. Through this training, grassroots Front cadres have been provided with more information on the role, position, functions and tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

At the training conference, delegates listened to the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee present topics such as: Some key contents in the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Resolution of the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2024-2029; Promoting the role of members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the District Advisory Board; Innovating the content and methods of supervision, social criticism, giving opinions on Party building and government building to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; Innovating the leadership work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in coordination with socio-political organizations in mobilizing ethnic minorities in mountainous areas and religious people to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; Innovating the coordination work between the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and socio-political organizations in implementing movements, campaigns and building self-governing, united, prosperous and happy residential areas;...
