On January 20, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee To Thi Bich Chau chaired a conference to accept the project "Investigation, survey, assessment of the current situation, and proposal of solutions to improve the quality of specialized staff of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in localities to meet the requirements of the Front's work in the current period".
At the conference, Dr. Le Mau Nhiem, Project Manager, said that the project consists of 3 chapters: Chapter I: Some theoretical issues on the quality of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in localities to meet the requirements of the Front's work in the current period. Chapter II: Results of investigation and survey of the current status of the quality of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in localities. Chapter III: Some solutions to improve the quality of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in localities to meet the requirements and tasks of the Front's work in the current period.
The objective of the project is to investigate, survey, and clarify the current status of the quality of the team of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in localities. On that basis, propose solutions to improve the quality of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at provincial, district, and commune levels in the current period. Therefore, the implementation of the project "Investigation, survey, assessment of the current status, proposal of solutions to improve the quality of the team of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in localities to meet the requirements of the Front's work in the current period" is necessary and urgent, with profound theoretical and practical significance. The survey results are of great significance, helping the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee have a scientific basis to propose solutions to improve the quality of full-time cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, serving the innovation of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the current period.
At the conference, members of the Acceptance Council all agreed that the building of the Front cadres at all levels, especially at the grassroots level, is still limited in capacity and qualifications, not up to the requirements and tasks in the new situation. The above issues require practical solutions to improve the quality of full-time Front cadres in localities. In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels also need to strengthen the implementation of solutions that are appropriate to the characteristics of the locality and the authority of the Central Government, especially in the training and fostering of Front cadres.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee To Thi Bich Chau said that this is a difficult project because the topics related to the position and role of specialized Fatherland Front officials in localities are very broad. However, the project management team has conducted in-depth research and has come up with specific solutions.
Highly appreciating the research results of the project, according to Vice President To Thi Bich Chau, the project was implemented according to scientific models, ensuring the quality and reliability of the data and being universal to the subjects when implementing the project. In addition, the project manager also needs to conduct further research so that the project can contribute better to the upcoming work of the Front. In addition, it is necessary to clarify the role of the commune Fatherland Front cadres in implementing soft skills in propaganda and mobilization. From there, there are appropriate proposals and recommendations so that the project can be effectively implemented in real life.
