School Scholarships for talented candidates in disadvantaged areas
In 2025, FPT University will launch a large-scale scholarship program with 2,800 scholarships for excellent students nationwide. The types of scholarships are very diverse, including support from 1 year, 2 years to full tuition, designed to create conditions for many students to access quality education, regardless of economic circumstances.
900 scholarships The School will exempt tuition fees for the entire course for students from high schools in Region 1 - areas with particularly difficult economic conditions (ethnic minority and mountainous areas, coastal and island areas, borders, etc.). This is part of FPT University's commitment to building a fair educational environment, giving opportunities for development and success to all students.
Each high school in region 1 will be granted a full scholarship, exempting tuition fees for the entire course at FPT University. Students who achieve the Top 10 SchoolRank ranking (equivalent to the top 10% of high school students with the best academic performance in the country) are certified on the website: https://schoolrank.fpt.edu.vn, can register with the principal of their school for approval.
Previously, in 2024, FPT University launched the High School Scholarship program for all high schools nationwide, with each school offering one scholarship to candidates in the Top 10 SchoolRank. From this scholarship program, more than 1,300 students have had the opportunity to study at FPT University, giving them the will and confidence to pursue their dreams without having to worry about finances.
Huynh Chi Dinh, a student of the 20th course majoring in Artificial Intelligence, a former student of Tran Van Long High School, Tra Cu District, Tra Vinh Province (one of the districts in Zone 1) was awarded a full scholarship by FPT University. Dinh shared: "When I received the information that I was the winner of the high school scholarship awarded by FPT University, I was very happy because my efforts during my high school years have reaped results.
This scholarship is a big turning point, helping me pursue my dream of technology, without having to worry about finances. Therefore, I always try my best to achieve the best results, worthy of the love and expectations of my family."
Dinh also added that this scholarship is the door for him to enter the creative, quality university environment that Dinh has dreamed of since he was a high school student. After studying, experiencing many events and participating in school activities as a collaborator and organizer, Dinh found that the decision to enroll in FPT University was very correct, because the environment here encourages him and his friends to explore and develop themselves comprehensively through teaching, learning and event activities.
