9 localities exchange experiences in implementing the "Determination to Win" emulation movement

At the survey, representatives of the Military Commands of provinces and cities in the bloc highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Military Command and the Cam Giang District Military Command in the emulation movement "Determination to Win" in the first months of 2024; at the same time, they exchanged and shared experiences for units to learn, draw lessons, and continue to effectively carry out tasks in the coming time.

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Party Committee and Military Command have implemented a plan to build a model of 4-good Party cells and 4-good grassroots Party committees; Infantry Regiment 125 trained 225 new soldiers, trained according to the training framework; well organized the 2024 Provincial Armed Forces and Youth and Student Mass Arts Festival.

Maintaining and implementing well the model of "Saving and following Uncle Ho's example", up to now, the provincial armed forces have saved more than 700 million VND, supporting 20 soldiers in difficult circumstances. During the 2024 Tet holiday, agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command presented 1,585 gifts to policy beneficiaries, officers and employees in the unit with a total amount of more than 3.6 billion VND. The Military Commands of districts, towns and cities organized free medical examinations and medicine distribution for 700 veterans, youth volunteers, and frontline workers participating in the historic Dien Bien Phu campaign...

The emulation bloc of the armed forces of 9 provinces and cities (Military Region 3) includes: Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh. In 2024, the Military Command of Hoa Binh province is the unit leading the emulation bloc.
