According to the preliminary report on national digital transformation in the first 6 months of 2023 by the Ministry of Information and Communications, 7/9 localities achieved rank A, the highest level of the ranking, using the public service portal on the VNPT iGate technology solution platform.
This time, the Ministry of Information and Communications has evaluated the Public Service Portals of 20 ministries, branches and 63 localities. Level A must reach 90 points or more (on a scale of 100), and must have full functionality, a friendly interface, page loading time under 2.5 seconds and response time under 0.2 seconds. Of the 9 local public service portals that achieved level A, 7 units are using VNPT iGate technology solutions.
VNPT iGate is an administrative procedure information system researched and developed by VNPT since 2014, integrating advanced technologies, meeting both the needs of online public service portals from the people as well as the electronic one-stop file management system of the management agency. Thanks to that, the work is deployed quickly, receiving and returning results on time, creating favorable conditions for both people and businesses.

This system has been certified by the Ministry of Information and Communications to meet the regulations on functions and technical features of public service portals and electronic one-stop information systems at ministerial and provincial levels as stipulated in Decision No. 1697/QD-BTTTT (dated October 23, 2018); Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BTTTT (dated December 31, 2020); Circular No. 18/2019/TT-BTTTT (dated December 25, 2019) of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
During the implementation process, the system was continuously upgraded by VNPT to meet new government regulations such as information security requirements according to document 1552/BTTTT-THH for all customers being deployed to connect to the National Population Database; complete the connection of data warehouses with data warehouses of organizations and individuals on the National Public Service Portal according to Circular 01/2023/TT-VPCP...
In addition, as a technology unit that always accompanies the digital transformation process, in addition to having an administrative procedure information system that is always ready to meet requirements, VNPT has proactively worked with ministries, branches, and localities to discuss, advise, and propose the most suitable plans, roadmaps, and methods to deploy the Online Public Service Portal.
The most typical example is the National Population Database project, which was assessed by the Prime Minister as an important event, affirming the efforts in promoting the national digital transformation process, building a digital economy and digital society, which is an important premise for the Government to build a digital identity for each citizen.
Along with that, VNPT has successfully implemented the projects of National Public Service Portal; National Document Interconnection Axis; Government Reporting and Operation System; deployed Document Management System at more than 4,000 units; IOC Smart Operation Center for more than 38 provincial governments; deployed the reporting and operation system for 29 official units, 33 pilot units...
