According to the leader of Chi Linh City Electricity, by February 11, the unit had coordinated with the Management Board of the Con Son - Kiep Bac special national relic site to complete the inspection of the entire electrical system of the relic site.
The units have agreed on a plan to ensure power supply to each venue; strengthen grid cleaning inspection, clear the route corridor, and immediately fix defects with high risk of incidents on the 22kV power lines supplying power to this area.
Chi Linh City Electricity arranged a 24/7 standby force, fully prepared spare materials, equipment, tools and means to promptly handle incidents; coordinated with the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board to install a 250 kVA backup generator ready in case of incidents.
The leaders of Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. requested Chi Linh City Electricity not to cut off power to distribution transformer stations and 0.4kV lines for planned repairs that could affect the power supply to festival venues (except for power cuts to handle incidents and risks of incidents during festival activities and ceremonies)...
At Con Son relic site, there are currently 2 power sources, the main source is supplied from Con Son transformer station with a capacity of 180 kVA, the backup source is supplied from Tien Son 1 transformer station with a capacity of 320kVA; Trai Chuoi transformer station with a capacity of 180kVA supplies power for ceremonies at Ngu Nhac mountain.
Kiep Bac relic site is supplied with electricity from Kiep Bac 1 transformer station with a capacity of 400kVA. Thanh Mai pagoda relic site is supplied with electricity from Thanh Mai 2 transformer station with a capacity of 180kVA.
Through preliminary inspection and assessment, these transformer stations have sufficient capacity to provide stable power for festival events.
