In the first two months of 2025, Hai Duong province had 88 traffic accidents and collisions, killing 41 people and injuring 64. Compared to the same period in 2024, there were 62 fewer cases (41.3%), 57 fewer injuries (47.1%), and the number of deaths remained unchanged.

Compared to the previous 2 months, the number of traffic accidents decreased by 44 cases, 45 fewer injured people, and 4 more deaths.

In the first two months of the year, the provincial traffic police force detected and handled more than 13,000 cases of violations of traffic safety laws, fined more than VND43.7 billion, revoked more than 1,700 driving licenses, deducted driving license points from more than 1,100 cases, and detained more than 3,600 vehicles.

Of these, there were more than 2,500 cases of alcohol concentration violations, nearly 400 cases of illegal parking, more than 3,800 cases of speeding, more than 280 cases of disobeying traffic lights...
