The scholarship award ceremony took place on the evening of November 8 at Au Co Theater, Hanoi and the mini show Say hi Cao Phu Quy immediately after made viewers admire the musical talent and "star" style of this young boy.

Speaking at the scholarship award ceremony, Dr. Dao Minh Quang explained why for the first time the fund broke the rules and awarded a "lifetime" scholarship to Cao Phu Quy.

Over the years, Dao Minh Quang Fund has awarded many scholarships and prizes to students with excellent academic achievements and difficult family circumstances, musical talents, and sponsored music projects...

But this is the first time a lifetime scholarship has been awarded.

The reason is because Cao Phu Quy represents the mission that Dao Minh Quang Foundation aims for: contributing to building people who develop comprehensively in terms of physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects.

Cao Phu Quy is very confident.

Cao Phu Quy is currently studying two parallel programs: the general education program at Ly Thai To Secondary School (Hanoi) and the 9-year intermediate program specializing in piano at the Vietnam National Academy of Music (he is in his 4th year).

Although born and raised in a family with no one in the arts or music, with his musical talent, especially his natural voice and passion for performing, Cao Phu Quy has won many national and international singing and piano performance awards.

A few months ago, I also released my first MV called Crying Forest.

"Cao Phu Quy is not only an excellent student in middle school but also a promising young musical talent who needs to be encouraged," said Dr. Dao Minh Quang.

Speaking after receiving the scholarship, Cao Phu Quy confidently shared that he was very moved to receive the valuable scholarship and vowed that after his career is successful, he will return to become a philanthropist to support young talents like the ones he is currently being supported.

At the scholarship award ceremony and mini show, the audience witnessed a 12-year-old boy with a "star" style, from his speech, movement and performance style.

Quy speaks clearly and fluently, walks and greets the audience with great confidence on stage and when performing, he gives his all with a powerful voice that he has honed from an early age.

Although it was just a small show, the sound, lighting, and costumes were professionally invested in, and there were also guest "artists" who were friends of Cao Phu Quy who studied music and performed together.

During the live show, Cao Phu Quy also surprised everyone by performing songs in 4 different languages.
