Prepare Tet goods to serve people |
The Minister of Industry and Trade has just issued Directive No. 16/CT-BCT on strengthening the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2024.
Accordingly, for units under the Ministry, the Minister requested to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the directions of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the National Steering Committee 389 on solutions to prevent and control African Swine Fever; strengthen the management and use of electronic invoices for petroleum business and retail activities;
Prevent smuggling and illegal transportation of animals and animal products, control epidemics well, develop sustainable livestock farming to ensure food supply. Implement Plan No. 115/KH-BCĐ389 dated December 8, 2023 of the National Steering Committee 389 on the peak of anti-smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods before, during and after the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024.
In particular, it is necessary to continue to seriously implement the instructions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on strengthening and improving the effectiveness of state management of petroleum, ensuring the supply of petroleum for production and business activities of enterprises and people's lives; Implement solutions to ensure supply and demand balance, stabilize the market at the end of 2023 and the Lunar New Year 2024.
The Minister of Industry and Trade assigned the General Department of Market Management to direct the market management forces nationwide to focus on and strengthen market inspection and control and strictly handle violations of speculation, hoarding, price listing, e-commerce, trading, transporting, storing prohibited goods, smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, counterfeit goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights, poor quality goods, and trade fraud; effectively carry out the fight against smuggling and trade fraud in border areas, seaports, airports, warehouses, goods gathering points and domestic markets.
The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy strengthens the review of social networks, e-commerce trading floors, e-commerce applications, product groups and common violations to properly assess the situation; promptly detect, exchange information, coordinate with other forces to inspect, examine and strictly handle organizations and individuals who violate the law in e-commerce activities.
Local Departments of Industry and Trade need to advise the People's Committees of provinces and cities to proactively plan to provide adequate and safe Tet goods for people.
