According to the leader of Ba Vi District People's Committee, Minh Quang commune is a typical example of efforts to improve the quality of life of people in the process of developing new rural areas. Looking back on the development journey of Minh Quang commune, Mr. Nguyen Tien Tha - Chairman of Minh Quang Commune People's Committee, emotionally said: "Thanks to the consensus from the superiors to the people, Minh Quang has completed the advanced criteria in a short time. This is a big turning point for the commune, creating conditions for us to continue promoting economic and social development."

The commune government not only implements infrastructure projects but also focuses on supporting economic models such as traditional craft villages, clean vegetable farms, and vermicelli, thereby creating more job opportunities and increasing income for the people. By combining tradition and modernity, the people of Minh Quang not only preserve their homeland's identity but also enrich themselves from their available land and resources.

On familiar land, many people cannot hide their pride in the changes of their homeland. Mr. Pham Van Binh, an old farmer in Lat village, recalls the difficult days: "Before, during the rainy season, it was very muddy, we had great difficulty traveling. Now the roads have been improved, vehicles can travel more conveniently, everyone is happy."

Thanks to the application of modern production models, Mr. Binh's family has also been able to increase production and improve income. He also shared that this change is not only in infrastructure but also in the spirit of pride in his homeland: "Now we look at our commune and feel more proud, want to be attached to and contribute more to our homeland."

Not only that, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, owner of a clean vegetable model in Xuan Tho village, also expressed her joy at being supported to develop a sustainable business model. She shared: "Since switching to a clean vegetable model, my products have been consumed more, and my family's income has also been stable. The government not only supports capital but also provides knowledge and techniques so that we can cultivate with peace of mind."

Building new rural areas while preserving the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group

Minh Quang is home to a large number of Muong ethnic people, so preserving and promoting traditional cultural values ​​is always a priority of the commune. Activities such as traditional festivals, art performances, and community activities are regularly held, creating a warm and connected atmosphere in the community. Mr. Nguyen Tien Tha shared: "We pay great attention to preserving Muong culture, not allowing the younger generation to lose the precious values ​​from their ancestors."

The blend of Muong culture and economic development movement has helped Minh Quang have its own identity, both modern but still imbued with the homeland, attracting the attention of tourists and people in the district.
