Naval Region 2 actively responds to online contest celebrating 80th anniversary of Vietnam People's Army

The online contest “Vietnam People’s Army - 80 years of building, fighting and growing up” organized by the Central Propaganda Department in coordination with the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army was launched on November 22. The contest received positive responses from officers and soldiers of Naval Region 2.

Since receiving instructions to participate in the online contest "Vietnam People's Army - 80 years of building, fighting and growing", the Naval Region 2 Command has launched, deployed and promoted propaganda work, spreading positive activities to participate in the contest to a wide range of people inside and outside the unit.

From the contents of the contest, individuals and groups have had many effective methods and approaches to achieve high results such as: collecting, propagating, and disseminating reference documents to the subjects; establishing specialized groups to participate in the contest including comrades who have a firm grasp of the Party's policies and guidelines, understand the Army's traditions, and are proficient in using computers; organizing concentrated contests combined with collective activities; each individual participating in the contest and mobilizing relatives to participate in the contest outside of working hours...

To achieve the highest quality and efficiency, at the end of each competition week, agencies and units organize assessments, draw lessons, and provide additional guidance to officers and soldiers to further improve the quality and efficiency of participating in the competition. After nearly two weeks of participating in the competition, the whole region has had more than 4,000 people with more than 11,000 entries from officers, soldiers and their relatives.

From now until the end of the contest (December 12), Naval Region 2 will continue to promote and mobilize a large number of forces to participate in the contest to achieve the highest results, practically celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day.
