Practically celebrating the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024), on the morning of November 14, at the Provincial Conference Center (25B, Thanh Hoa City), the Department of Education and Training (GD&DT) of Thanh Hoa coordinated with the Education Trade Union to organize the second "Typical Teacher of Thanh Hoa" honoring ceremony in 2024.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches, along with a large number of officials, teachers, employees of the education sector, and 133 outstanding teachers representing more than 50,000 officials and teachers in the whole province.

This is the second year the education sector has organized a ceremony to honor “Typical Teachers of Thanh Hoa” at the provincial level. The ceremony aims to honor learning, honor those who have contributed their efforts, intelligence, and enthusiasm to the cause of “cultivating people” as well as to recognize the dedication and contributions of teachers to the cause of building and developing the homeland and the country.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training affirmed: Education in Thanh Hoa, along with the whole country, has developed strongly and achieved many proud achievements. The achievements that the education sector has achieved in the 2023-2024 school year and in recent years are the result of the efforts, diligence, and dedication of the Thanh Hoa teaching staff, including the contributions of the outstanding teachers honored on this occasion.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Tran Van Thuc stated: The key task identified by the education sector in 2025 and the following years is to focus on completing facilities; constantly improving the quality of mass education, spearhead education, and comprehensive education for students. The task is very heavy, but with the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the efforts and struggles of each manager, teacher and student in the sector, and the joint efforts of the whole society, the education sector of Thanh Hoa will certainly reap more achievements.

At the ceremony, representatives of outstanding teachers exchanged their thoughts, wishes, joy and pride when being honored as Outstanding Teachers of the Thanh Hoa education sector. Teachers also shared their experiences in educating children with disabilities; motivating students to go to school; building happy schools; organizing educational activities according to the 2018 general education program...; at the same time, they expressed their determination, solidarity, efforts and dedication to the cause of "growing people" of their homeland and country.
