VinFast cooperates with 7 insurance companies, shortening the time for appraisal and incident handling for customers

On December 12, VinFast and 7 insurance partners, namely PVI, Bao Viet, BIC, VBI, PTI, BSH and VNI, signed a cooperation agreement to minimize the time to approve insurance plans for customers. The agreement between VinFast and its partners will help bring the best after-sales service experience in the market, in line with VinFast's philosophy of "Putting customers at the center".

According to the new cooperation agreement signed by VinFast with PVI, Bao Viet, BIC, VBI, PTI, BSH and VNI, the time for approving insurance plans for customers owning VinFast cars will be applied according to the priority policy of insurance companies for large partners and customers. Accordingly, for minor incidents (repair costs under 10 million VND), the time for approving repair prices is only within a maximum of 4 working hours from the time the insurance company receives the repair quote from VinFast's service workshop.

For special cases with many complex factors, VinFast and its partners are committed to focusing resources to shorten the processing time as much as possible, within an average of 48 working hours after receiving a repair quote from VinFast's service workshop. In addition, after determining the damage is covered by insurance, insurance companies will guarantee the entire compensation cost under their responsibility as committed to customers.
