The central report and opinions presented at the conference unanimously assessed: The activities of the Party building and patriotic emulation movement in March 2025 in the entire army closely followed the military and defense tasks, Party building and the practical situation; implemented synchronously and comprehensively, completing the entire program and plan, both regular and ad hoc; many tasks were completed well.

Notably: Task education and emulation to improve training quality were carried out right from the first day and month of training phase 1, 2025; proactively doing a good job of information and propaganda, orienting ideology and public opinion to create unity and high consensus; actively fighting against wrong, hostile, and reactionary viewpoints.

Party building work is focused on; directing party organizations to do well the work of preparing and conducting congresses to ensure quality and in accordance with principles; cadre work, security, safety, anti-espionage and confidentiality work are carried out strictly and in accordance with regulations. Mass mobilization, policy, social insurance, activities of mass organizations, CTĐ, CTCT in tasks are carried out methodically, in depth, achieving practical results. The political and ideological situation of the entire army is stable; cadres and soldiers are ready to receive and complete well the assigned tasks. The TCCT agency is stable, performing well its functions and tasks, strictly complying with the prescribed regime.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet commended, acknowledged and highly appreciated the agencies and units that have promoted their roles, responsibilities, efforts, and actively completed their tasks well in the past time.

Regarding the key tasks in April, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized: April will see many important events of the Party, the State, and the Army, so each agency and unit assigned with the task needs to speed up the organization and implementation progress and complete it with the highest quality. The focus is: Promoting propaganda about CTĐ and CTCT activities in training tasks, combat readiness, building discipline, discipline management; training, preliminary review, general rehearsal of parades, marches and key activities of the entire army serving the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 30, 2025). Especially for the activities of the Vietnam People's Army delegation participating in rescue and relief in Myanmar - clarifying the profound humanitarian meaning, demonstrating that Vietnam is always ready to be a friend, a reliable partner, and a responsible member of the international community.

Regarding digital transformation in the General Department of Politics, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet requested agencies and units to thoroughly disseminate information to all cadres, employees, and soldiers, unify the guiding viewpoint, and focus on promoting to improve the quality and efficiency of work. Press agencies continue to promote propaganda on military and defense tasks, focusing on activities: The 9th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange; training, preliminary review, and general rehearsal for parades; key activities of the entire army serving the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification... creating a widespread influence in society, commensurate with the scale and stature of the event.

Emphasizing some key tasks in April, the Chief of the General Staff noted that agencies and units continue to do well in political education and ideological leadership; direct and guide Party committees and organizations at all levels to do well in preparing and organizing Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Coordinate in drafting documents to serve the 12th Party Congress of the Army according to plan, ensuring quality. Research, advise and propose to perfect Party organizations, political agencies, and political cadres in adjusting the organization of forces according to Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Conclusion of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee.
