Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity has promptly grasped and implemented the Central Government's policies on anti-corruption, wastefulness and negativity; advised the Provincial Party Committee to issue many documents on leadership and direction on anti-corruption, wastefulness and negativity; and reorganized the apparatus of the political system. At the same time, it has focused on leading and directing the work of building and perfecting institutions on anti-corruption, wastefulness and negativity; and effectively directed the implementation of solutions to prevent corruption, wastefulness and negativity in all fields.

The work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations about corruption and negativity continues to be strengthened and improved in efficiency. The work of inspection, supervision, enforcement of Party discipline and inspection work is given attention and focus. The effectiveness of comprehensive state management in all areas of work is improved. The Provincial Steering Committee has issued working regulations and regulations on the assignment of tasks to members of the Steering Committee in accordance with the regulations of the Central Government and in accordance with the reality after streamlining the organizational apparatus.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity, requested Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units to closely follow the direction of the Central and the province to complete the organization, apparatus and administrative units; amend, supplement and perfect the regulations, working procedures and working principles of newly established Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units after the arrangement and streamlining, ensuring timely leadership and direction. Continue to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and education on the culture of integrity, non-corruption, waste and negativity among cadres, Party members and people. Direct the regular, synchronous and comprehensive implementation of solutions to prevent corruption and negativity in many aspects of work and in all fields. Carry out well the work of receiving citizens and dialogue with people; Resolutely handle mass, complicated, and prolonged complaints and lawsuits, and avoid creating "hot spots" that are passive or unexpected.

The Provincial Party Committee directs the Provincial People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to continue reviewing, inspecting, examining, and thoroughly handling projects that are behind schedule, have backlogs, are prolonged, have low efficiency, and are at risk of causing great loss and waste; periodically report weekly and monthly to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee on the progress of handling.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested members of the Provincial Steering Committee to effectively implement the 2025 work program, closely following the direction of the Central Government and the province on preventing corruption, waste, and negativity in the context of implementing the policy of not organizing at the district level and merging commune-level administrative units.
