419 teachers participated in the Junior High School Excellent Teacher Competition

The contest was attended by 419 teachers representing secondary schools from 15 Departments of Education and Training of districts, towns and cities.

Candidates took the exam in 14 subjects; of which, Math had the largest number of teachers taking the exam, with 64 candidates registering to take the exam.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan informed about the implementation of tasks for the 2024 - 2025 school year.

Candidates compete in two categories: presenting measures to improve the quality of education; practicing teaching sessions demonstrating the ability to innovate and flexibly apply active and modern teaching methods, suitable to the requirements of developing students' qualities and abilities according to the 2018 General Education Program.

The contest organizers presented souvenir flags to the departments of education and training.
