The construction and installation of steel poles is being urgently deployed to prepare for laying and pulling wires.

As of May 22, Nghi Son town has completed site clearance for 42/42 pole locations. The construction unit is currently installing steel poles.

For the corridor section, 41/42 pole intervals have been handed over to ensure conditions for the construction unit to pull the wire. The remaining 1/42 (belonging to pole interval 49-50A) is related to Mr. Le Vinh Tri's household in Tam Son village, Tan Truong commune, which has a house and architectural works in the corridor. This is also the only remaining corridor location that has not completed site clearance work on the entire 500 kV line 3 circuit through Thanh Hoa province.

Along with the propaganda to get the consent of Mr. Le Vinh Tri's family, the local government has grasped the thoughts, wishes and recommendations of the family.

According to the land origin record of Tan Truong Commune People's Committee, the land plot of Mr. Tri's household was used from after December 18, 1980 to before October 15, 1993 with an area of 3,531.6 m2 . The area belonging to the corridor is 869.9 m2 .

Nghi Son Town People's Committee has issued a notice of land recovery and established a plan for compensation and support, but the family still has not received compensation and support and has requested to build on the remaining land area of the family, with the reason that Mr. Le Vinh Tri's children's families are currently living around Tam Son village.

However, according to the Prime Minister's planning in Decision No. 1699/QD-TTg dated December 7, 2018 on approving the adjustment and expansion of the general planning for the construction of Nghi Son Economic Zone, Thanh Hoa province to 2035, with a vision to 2050, the remaining land area of the family is green land, so the family's request to live on the remaining land area is not in accordance with the planning and land use plan.

At the propaganda session, the leaders of Nghi Son town emphasized the significance and importance of the Quynh Luu - Thanh Hoa 500 kV transmission line project (a component of the 500 kV line circuit 3 project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) for the development of the homeland and the country; at the same time, shared the thoughts, aspirations and recommendations of the family. The town government hopes that the family will support the policy of the Party and the State, for the development of the homeland, hand over the land for the State to reclaim the land and implement the project.

In case the family still does not hand over the land, the town will take steps to enforce land recovery according to the provisions of law, to ensure the progress of power connection before June 30, 2024 as directed by the Prime Minister.
