The young generation plays an important role in the development of the homeland and the country. In recent times, Ha Tinh has always paid attention to and created conditions for young people to be creative, develop, and strongly promote their roles and responsibilities in building and developing their homeland... In particular, dialogue programs between provincial leaders and union members and young people have created opportunities for young people to promote their intelligence and enthusiasm.

With the theme "Ha Tinh Youth Pioneers in Digital Transformation, Actively Participate in Socio-Economic Development", the dialogue conference between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the youth of the whole province held in October 2023 showed the interest of the young generation in their role in the face of issues in the new situation. The Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee signed the coordination regulations for the period 2023 - 2027.

When each youth union member is more aware of his or her role in addressing youth and social issues, dialogues, sharing, and guidance from Party committees and authorities become more important, creating the premise for youth to break through and create new values.

Over the past time, Ha Tinh Youth Union has continued to affirm its role as a “socialist school” for the youth. Propaganda and education work continues to be the “red thread” throughout with many innovations, creativity, easy to absorb and spread.

Ha Tinh Youth Union members listened to Professor and Doctor Hoang Chi Bao explain the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on mass style, democracy and setting an example"; the topic "Studying and following the spirit of lifelong learning of President Ho Chi Minh".

Some outstanding models such as: Conference on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with the participation of Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao; political activities with the theme "Aspiration to contribute - the way of life of youth"; model "Introducing and discussing books about Uncle Ho"... have attracted the attention of many young people and have had positive impacts on the thoughts and actions of young people. The volunteer movement is organized widely, diversely and flexibly, contributing to building a young generation with a pioneering spirit, ready to bring their youth, enthusiasm and creativity to contribute to their homeland and country.

Awakening the aspirations of Ha Tinh youth everywhere

There is a Ha Tinh outside of Ha Tinh created by children who live far away but always yearn for their homeland. In 2023, for the first time, the young generation of Ha Tinh from both ends of the country were able to reunite in meetings organized by the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung, Provincial People's Committee Chairman Vo Trong Hai, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Vo Hong Hai, and Provincial Youth Union Secretary Nguyen Ny Huong chaired the meeting with outstanding youth and students in Hanoi.

Held since June 2023, the echoes of the reunion of 150 outstanding young people and students (TN-SV) from Ha Tinh in Hanoi during the meeting to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Uncle Ho's call for patriotic emulation (June 2023) are still stirring in the hearts of the participants. The program is a forum for outstanding TN-SV to express their aspirations, aspirations to contribute and their concerns for the development of their homeland.

Through information from provincial leaders, young people also better understand the conditions and job opportunities in the locality; the mechanisms and policies for treatment, attracting talents, developing high-quality human resources of the province and the Central Government to have clearer choices and orientations for themselves in the future.

After the success of the meeting program in Hanoi, in November 2023, the province continued to organize a meeting program for outstanding young people and students in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Tinh businessmen in the South. The new point in this meeting is the coordination of the program organization from the Ha Tinh Business Association in the South.

Also here, many young delegates contributed their passionate and concerned opinions, with the hope that their hometown would develop more and more. I had the opportunity to present my research on the high water alarm system that is being prepared for the Science and Technology Innovation Competition. This is also my dedicated work to help people during the flood season. The work comes from the spirit of “remembering Ha Tinh wherever I go”, no matter where I am, I always turn towards my homeland”.

The youth and student meetings organized by Ha Tinh province in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City have continued the pride in the tradition of studiousness and affection, spreading the cultural values ​​and people of Ha Tinh and connecting the community of children far from home. The stories of overcoming difficulties and rising up of many generations of Ha Tinh people in the journey to seek opportunities across the country were exchanged and shared, highlighting the tradition of studiousness, solidarity, mutual love and affection; inspiring new motivation and aspirations so that Ha Tinh youth, wherever they are, can find their own way to contribute to their homeland and country and spread the image and values ​​of Ha Tinh people.

In 2023, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee advised on organizing and implementing many forums and practical programs for young union members to speak up, promote their intelligence and youth to participate in building their homeland and country. This is also the result of proactiveness and boldness in advising, and the spirit of innovation and creativity in organizing movements and activities.

Thereby, the Youth Union at all levels and Ha Tinh youth are increasingly receiving attention, care and facilitation from the Party Committee, government and community, having a favorable environment to contribute, train, mature, and further affirm the role, responsibility and position of the Youth Union in the political system as well as social life.
