Ha Tinh Electricity organizes Customer Conference

This morning, Ha Tinh Electricity Company held the 2025 Customer Conference. Attending were comrade Tran Bao Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Conference overview

Ha Tinh Power Company currently supplies electricity to nearly 480,000 customers. In 2024, the Company has ensured stable power supply, meeting production and living needs, contributing to local socio-economic development. Of which, the commercial electricity output reached nearly 1.6 billion kWh, an increase of nearly 11% compared to 2023. Revenue reached nearly 3,400 billion VND, an increase of more than 18% compared to 2023. To improve the quality of customer service, Ha Tinh Power Company continues to carry out digital transformation well, applying information technology in production and business activities, building a scientific and professional working environment.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and proposing a number of solutions to improve service quality, meet the increasing demand for load development in the area; and use electricity economically and effectively.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Tran Bao Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Ha Tinh Electricity Company in ensuring stable and safe electricity supply for production, business activities and people's lives.

At the same time, it should be noted that in the coming time, Ha Tinh will continue to promote investment attraction, develop industry, trade, tourism and key economic sectors. This requires the electricity industry to always be one step ahead, promote the application of science and technology to improve the efficiency of grid operation, ensure supply and improve service quality, meet the increasing needs of businesses and people. The company needs to pay more attention to customer care, listen to the opinions of people and businesses, promptly resolve difficulties and problems in the process of using electricity.
