The delegation includes 97 delegates who are children, team leaders and representatives of agencies and units of Binh Duong province, including 50 children who are excellent students, exemplary team members, many of whom have won high prizes in national and international competitions and movement activities.

At the program, Comrade Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union, on behalf of the delegation, reported on the results of the 24th "Uncle Ho's Good Children" Congress of Binh Duong province and the work of the Young Pioneers and children's movement in the period of 2023-2025. Accordingly, the Congress had the participation of 135 outstanding children, representing more than 300,000 team members in the whole province. The children's movement in Binh Duong also achieved many outstanding results, with nearly 500,000 children being honored with the title "Uncle Ho's Good Children" at all levels.

Along with that, the team in charge of the Binh Duong Provincial Team has constantly innovated and created in the work of caring for andeducating children. Thousands of children have been supported by programs such as building Red Scarf houses, scholarships, children's playgrounds, etc. Over the years, the Binh Duong Provincial Team Council has continuously received the national emulation flag and Certificate of Merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, contributing to the emulation results of the Youth Union and the annual excellent youth movement of the Province.

At the program, delegates listened to the emotional sharing of outstanding children delegates. Nguyen Hoang Tuyet Tran, Team Leader of Dong Hoa Secondary School (Di An City) expressed her pride when wearing the bright red scarf and representing Binh Duong province to attend the Congress. Tuyet Tran told the story "Whoever is good will be rewarded" about Uncle Ho's love for children, emphasizing the lesson of admitting mistakes as a manifestation of obedience. She emotionally said: "We promise to study well and practice hard to be worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children".

The delegates were also impressed with the fluent English speech of Nguyen Ha Yen Chi, a 5th grade student and member of the An Phu Primary School Team Command Board (Thuan An City). Yen Chi expressed her desire for integration and pride in meeting General Nguyen Tan Cuong. “I promise to do my best to become a useful citizen to society, contributing to the development of a more majestic and beautiful country,” Yen Chi concluded her speech.

Speaking at the meeting, General Nguyen Tan Cuong expressed his joy at welcoming the outstanding children of Binh Duong province on the occasion of their journey to “return to the roots” in Hanoi and Phu Tho province. He affirmed that the young generation is the “most valuable asset of the valuable assets”, the future owners of the country; therefore, it is necessary to continue to care for and create conditions for them to develop comprehensively.

The Chief of the General Staff also shared with the delegation important milestones in the 80-year journey of building, fighting and growing of the General Staff, affirming the core role of the strategic staff force in the resistance wars as well as the cause of defending the Fatherland in peacetime.

At the end of the meeting, General Nguyen Tan Cuong hoped that after this journey, when returning home and to school, the children would bring with them the radiant spirit of today to inspire and spread good things to many other friends, together studying hard, practicing hard, doing many good deeds, so that more and more children would become good children, good students, good team members, "Good children of Uncle Ho".
