The youth of the Fatherland firmly believe in the Party

Proud to be firmly under the glorious Party flag, with a heart full of enthusiasm, creative spirit and burning desire, the youth of the Fatherland always strive to cultivate virtue, train talent, promote the spirit of vanguard and responsibility, contribute to the successful implementation of political tasks, participate in building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization and contribute to building the Fatherland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and modern.

The "green shoots" of the Party

In January 2025, the Education & Training Party Cell of Phu Tho Medical College organized the admission of 8 students who were excellent members of the Youth Union. These are students with excellent academic and training achievements, always being active factors in the Youth Union's work and movements of the school. January 15, 2025 marked the biggest turning point in the school years of Pham Trung Hieu - a student of Nursing College class 17. In front of the Party flag, he clearly felt every beat in his chest mixed with pride, joy, and excitement when becoming a Party member.

Hieu excitedly confided: Under the guidance and support of teachers and my own efforts, I have gradually matured in both awareness and action. Now, standing in the ranks of the Party, I promise to try harder in studying and training well to dedicate and contribute my strength to the great task - the task of taking care of people's health.

Studying hard, actively participating in social and union activities, promoting the spirit of youth vanguard in community activities... Those marks have helped Cu Thi Thanh Hoa, a student of class K19, Primary Education B, Hung Vuong University, to be honored to be in the ranks of the Party. This is also an important premise for young female party members to continue to strive, practice and mature. Hoa shared: "Striving to become a party member is the dream and aspiration of many young people. This is not only a great honor but also an opportunity for us to practice, raise our sense of responsibility, affirm ourselves, and be worthy members of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the future owners of the country".

Talking to us about the work of developing young party members, comrade Truong Nguyen Quan - Secretary of Ha Hoa District Youth Union said: Promoting the core role in propaganda work, educating revolutionary ideals and introducing outstanding union members for the Party to admit. Every year, Ha Hoa District Youth Union has proactively proposed to the Party Committee to implement plans and plans to create sources of admission; assign and assign tasks to party members, especially young party members in propaganda, education and training work; directing the affiliated Youth Union bases to always closely follow the content, through the Youth Union's activity programs to discover outstanding union members to introduce to the Party. In 2024, 157 outstanding union members were introduced to the Party for consideration of admission; of which, 140 outstanding union members were honored to be admitted to the Party.

Determining the development of young party members to contribute to supplementing young human resources, strengthening the Party organization, and at the same time promoting the active role of the Youth Union in participating in building an increasingly strong Party, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee directed the effective implementation of the Campaign "Youth Union members strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam". In 2024, the whole province introduced 2,086 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission, of which 1,415 outstanding union members were honored to join the Party. The young party members admitted are all outstanding masses with moral qualities, political courage, steadfastness in revolutionary goals and ideals; constantly striving and cultivating; actively participating in movements and union activities. Being in the Party is a great honor and pride for young party members. For them, the Party is the vanguard, the place where young people can continue to contribute and grow, contributing their youth to build an increasingly rich and beautiful homeland.

The program of medical examination, consultation and free medicine distribution for the elderly, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households in Kim Duc commune, Viet Tri city is implemented by the Youth Union of the Provincial General Hospital.

Where do young people need...

In the revolutionary stages, the Party and the State have always attached great importance to and highly appreciated the role and position of the youth; identifying the youth as the backbone of the country, the future masters of the country, the vanguard force in building and defending the Fatherland. In response to the nurturing and cultivation of the Party and the State, the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the youth of the Fatherland have always been proactive, pioneering, and making efforts in training, studying, and working, creating a wide spread in all aspects of economic and social life. Following Uncle Ho's teaching: "Wherever there is a need, there is youth, wherever there is difficulty, there is youth", the green shirts of the youth of the Fatherland appear on all roads from urban to rural areas through specific and practical revolutionary programs, movements, and actions.

The Youth Union at all levels regularly organizes a series of activities to educate revolutionary traditions, foster patriotism, national pride and steadfast faith in the Party for the younger generation through 225 programs of discussions, exchanges, meetings with historical witnesses; 27 journeys to historical sites, traditional relics, red addresses in the province... for over 12,500 cadres, youth union members, youth and children. At the same time, orienting youth to raise their vigilance against distorted and false arguments of hostile forces through maintaining the activities of social network accounts of the Youth Union at all levels; regularly posting and sharing positive information, examples of good people, good deeds...

In 2024, the youth of the whole province carried out 17 provincial-level youth projects and tasks; 67 district-level youth projects and tasks; 788 grassroots-level youth projects and tasks with typical activities such as: Pioneering environmental protection; propagating civilized lifestyles, cultural behavior, contributing to maintaining social security and order... Social security activities were deployed regularly and widely with 27 medical examinations and treatments; providing free medicine to more than 6,000 people with a total value of nearly 800 million VND; presenting over 13,000 gifts worth over 5 billion VND to poor households, policy families; youth and children in difficult circumstances... Participating in voluntary blood donation activities collected more than 4,000 units of blood. Thereby, promoting the pioneering spirit of the youth, creating an environment and conditions for young union members to practice and contribute.

With the theme of the year 2025 "The youth of the Homeland are proud and firmly believe in the Party", the youth of the Homeland will continue to focus on implementing political and ideological education, ethics, and cultural lifestyle for young union members, youth, and children. Organize exciting emulation movements, undertake and carry out youth projects and tasks to celebrate the country's major holidays, welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Build a strong Youth Union and improve the quantity and quality of outstanding Youth Union members to introduce to the Party for consideration and admission...
