Nearly 300 officials and civil servants were implemented the Construction Law

Leaders of Thai Nguyen Department of Construction thoroughly grasped the general spirit of the training program.

At the Conference, nearly 300 officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the construction sector; departments, branches, localities, and enterprises in the province were informed of the detailed regulations on a number of articles and measures to implement the Construction Law on construction management to replace Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP of the Government.

This is a decree with a wide scope of regulation covering many fields and subjects participating in construction activities. The decree is issued to institutionalize the Party and State's guidelines and policies on promoting decentralization along with strengthening inspection and supervision; enhancing digital transformation, applying information technology and simplifying administrative procedures in construction investment activities.

Leaders of the Department of Economics - Construction Investment Management, Ministry of Construction, answered questions related to the implementation of the decree in localities.

Also at the Conference, leaders of the Department of Economics - Construction Investment Management, Ministry of Construction, answered questions related to the implementation of the decree in localities; solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in practice in the past were advised by the Ministry of Construction for the Government to issue regulations to synchronize the legal system.
