Specifically, through information exchange with the Department of Trade and Border Gate Management of Dongxing City (China), due to the complicated developments of storm YAGI, this locality has upgraded the storm warning to the highest level, thus temporarily suspending customs clearance activities at Dongxing border gate.
In Mong Cai, customs clearance activities at Bac Luan I, Bac Luan II border gates and Hai Yen Km3+4 opening will also be temporarily suspended in the spirit of unity between the two localities. The time to restore customs clearance will be announced when conditions are guaranteed.
