Accordingly, the traffic diversion plan will be organized by the authorities using traffic lights at the exit gate of Giap Bat Bus Station and Giai Phong Street. Buses and fixed-route passenger vans with more than 29 seats from the exit gate of Giap Bat Bus Station with the route to the South of the city turn left onto Giai Phong Street (through the traffic light system) towards Ngoc Hoi.

Some new regulations will be applied from July 20, as follows:
Prohibit vehicles from turning around on Giai Phong Street at the Giap Bat Bus Station exit gate intersection in both directions.
Prohibit vehicles (going to Ngoc Hoi) from turning around on Giai Phong Street at the point where the median strip opens through Kim Dong intersection (near the exit gate of Giap Bat Bus Station).
Prohibit vehicles (going to the city center) from making U-turns on Giai Phong Street at the point where the median strip opens through the Truong Dinh - Giai Phong intersection (near the entrance to Giap Bat Bus Station).
Cars (except buses) from Giai Phong (from the city center to Ngoc Hoi) are prohibited from turning left onto Kim Dong during rush hours (from 6:00 to 9:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30). Cars going in this direction must turn around at the median strip opening on Giai Phong Street (about 100m before the Truong Dinh - Giai Phong intersection).
Trucks are prohibited from traveling in both directions on Kim Dong Street (from 6am to 9pm daily). Trucks serving the project must obtain permission according to regulations.
Fixed-route passenger cars with more than 29 seats are prohibited from turning around on Kim Dong Street at the end of the project's barrier.
Prohibit vehicles from stopping and parking in both directions on Kim Dong Street (around the project construction barrier area) and on Giai Phong Street (from Kim Dong - Giai Phong intersection to the entrance gate of Giap Bat Bus Station).
