BTO-On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), on the afternoon of May 4, the provincial leadership delegation led by comrade Nguyen Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee visited the frontline militia soldiers, youth volunteers, and families of soldiers who participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign living in Ham Thuan Nam district.
Also attending were representatives of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; leaders of the District Party Committee and the Military Command of Ham Thuan Nam district.
The delegation visited the family of Mr. Le Ngoc Xuyen, a deceased Dien Bien soldier, Mr. Le Viet Cu (92 years old), a frontline civilian worker, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tu (93 years old), a youth volunteer soldier, all currently living in Ham Minh commune, and the family of Mr. Hoang Dinh Thanh (Tan Thanh commune), a deceased Dien Bien soldier.
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Van Tam and other members of the delegation presented gifts and inquired about the health and living conditions of the families of soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign. At the same time, they wished the families and soldiers good health and happiness, always preserving and educating their children to promote the glorious revolutionary tradition, developing the family economy, and contributing to building the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous and civilized.
