Implementing Decision No. 3156/QD-BNN-TT of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the task of granting and managing growing area codes, up to now, the Provincial Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection has coordinated with the People's Committees of districts and cities to review and organize the granting of 10 growing area codes, with an area of 80.6 hectares of crops for organizations and individuals in the province, mainly products such as: Aloe vera, seedless lemon, melon, green asparagus, melon, squash, chili... Thereby, controlling the production situation well, improving product quality, expanding consumption and export markets.
Cantaloupe products of SADC DannyGrenn Organic Farm - Son Hai (Thuan Nam) are granted a growing area code.
