On the afternoon of March 14, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son attended the ceremony to announce and award the Decision to recognize the Rector of the Central University of Art Education for the 2020-2025 term to Associate Professor, Dr. Le Vinh Hung.
Congratulating Associate Professor Dr. Le Vinh Hung and the Central University of Art Education, Deputy Minister Hoang Minh Son acknowledged that the school has not only affirmed its role in providing high-quality human resources for theeducation sector, but also for the fields of performing arts, creativity and cultural preservation.

Many generations of graduates from the school have become teachers, artists, and researchers who have made important contributions to preserving and promoting traditional cultural and artistic values, while creating new works with many imprints.
In addition, the school actively participates in cultural exchange activities, organizes large-scale art events, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnamese art education.
The Deputy Minister emphasized that education in general and university education in particular are identified as one of the important driving forces to realize the nation's aspirations for development.
Along with the strong development of science and technology, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, we also face new challenges. The school also carries the mission of training generations of teachers who are both solidly qualified and capable of inspiring and arousing the love of art in students, thereby contributing to building a humane, creative and unique society.

However, according to the Deputy Minister, turning opportunities into reality requires wise leadership, solidarity and constant efforts from the school's leadership, staff, lecturers and students.
In his new position, Associate Professor Dr. Le Vinh Hung, together with the Party Committee, the School Council, and the Board of Directors, will promote a sense of responsibility and exemplary behavior, creating a professional, democratic, and united working environment.
“The consensus and joint efforts of all cadres, lecturers and staff of the School is the most important foundation for the Central University of Art Education to continue to develop strongly,” the Deputy Minister emphasized.

In order for the school to truly become a strong university, a pioneer in cultural training and art education, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Vinh Hung said that the Central University of Art Education needs to develop a team of highly qualified lecturers, with deep expertise and an effective organizational structure.
In addition, it is necessary to build an environment of academic freedom in universities, creating conditions to ensure the right to professional and academic development of each lecturer. Training quality is a measure of the prestige and capacity of the school.
The school is committed to maintaining and improving the quality of art training by strictly controlling the training process to ensure the maintenance and improvement of training quality.
