Give love, warm solidarity

Joining the joyful and bustling atmosphere at the National Great Unity Day in Thanh Ha residential area (An Phu commune, My Duc district, Hanoi), on the afternoon of November 8, the delegation of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper led by Journalist Nguyen Dang Khang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, came to celebrate with the people and presented meaningful gifts to disadvantaged households in An Phu commune.

Thanh Ha village has 217 households, 850 people, including 5 policy households, 1 martyr. The village has two main religions: Buddhism and Catholicism, of which Buddhism accounts for 10%, Catholicism accounts for 90%. The village has 70% of Muong ethnic people, the number of poor and near-poor households is 13, accounting for 5.9%. The people live mainly on agricultural production, farming and animal husbandry, and small and medium-sized trading services.

Over the past years, under the direction and leadership of all levels, the Party Committee and the Village Front Committee have united to promote their responsibilities, step up propaganda work, and mobilize people in residential areas to effectively organize and implement patriotic emulation movements and campaigns. People in residential areas have united, promoted diligence and creativity in labor and production, exploited the potential and strengths of the area, and overcome difficulties to rise up to build a stable residential area and increasingly develop well in all aspects.

Speaking at the Festival, Mr. Do Trung Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of My Duc District Party Committee, said that the results achieved by the cadres and people of Thanh Ha village have affirmed the correctness of the Party's policy of great national unity, demonstrating the will, spirit of solidarity, and efforts to successfully implement the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", contributing significantly to the successful completion of the political tasks of An Phu commune in particular and My Duc district in general.

Recognizing and praising the achievements of Thanh Ha village in the past time, Standing Deputy Secretary of My Duc District Party Committee Do Trung Hai hopes that in the coming time, the village will continue to reap more outstanding achievements, many outstanding individuals and families will join hands, contributing their strength and intelligence to build a rich and civilized An Phu commune.

On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of My Duc District Party Committee Do Trung Hai sent his sincere thanks to all leaders, reporters and editors of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper for always caring and accompanying My Duc district in activities; especially with many meaningful programs and activities to spread love, sharing and support from the community, helping households in difficult circumstances in the district rise up, stabilize their lives, escape poverty sustainably, thereby arousing the will to be self-reliant, the aspiration to rise up, and build the homeland to become increasingly rich, prosperous and happy.

Sharing joy with the people at the Festival, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper Nguyen Dang Khang presented 40 gifts (including cash and gifts) to 40 disadvantaged households in An Phu Commune. Dai Doan Ket Newspaper also presented 60 gifts to representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of My Duc District to deliver to 60 poor households in Hop Thanh and Hop Tien Communes.
