Previously, journalist Nguyen Ngoc Thach (born in 1977, hometown in Vinh City, Nghe An Province) was appointed by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper from March 1, 2019.
