On that basis, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested agencies and units to maintain and strictly implement administrative discipline, practice standard working style in performing public duties; resolve and handle work thoroughly, on schedule, meeting general requirements; resolutely handle the situation of intentional delay and shirking of responsibility.
At the same time, review the overall internal work handling process and adjust it towards efficiency; build a coordination mechanism in the spirit of "right role, right lesson", "unanimity from top to bottom", "smoothness across the board", avoiding the situation of pushing, avoiding, and indifference.
Ho Chi Minh City leaders also requested working groups to apply the 3-3 formula: to resolve issues, meetings must be held no more than 3 times, with each meeting no more than 3 weeks apart.
The key task in 2025 is to focus on streamlining the organization to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient, associated with the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels.
