BHG - On the afternoon of June 6, the Provincial People's Committee - the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) and the Provincial Police jointly organized a conference to review 10 years of implementing the coordination program No. 09 between the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and member organizations on promoting the movement of the entire people to protect national security (ANTQ) in the new situation, period 2013 - 2023; to review 3 years of implementing plan No. 55 of the Provincial People's Committee on improving the quality and effectiveness of the movement of the entire people to protect national security (ANTQ), period 2021 - 2025 and Directive No. 700 of the Provincial People's Committee on promoting the movement of the entire people to protect national security (ANTQ) in agencies, enterprises, educational institutions, meeting the requirements and tasks of ensuring security and order (ANTT) in the new situation.

The results of 10 years of implementing the coordination program No. 09 and 3 years of implementing plan No. 55, directive No. 700 of the Provincial People's Committee have clearly demonstrated the awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, armed forces and the entire population in the work of preventing and combating crimes, accidents, social evils, and maintaining security and order at the grassroots level. Currently, the whole province has built 857 models of the movement for the entire people to protect national security and order; 299 models of skillful mass mobilization; consolidated and perfected 2,028 self-management groups with over 11,300 members. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at all levels have coordinated to propagate and train knowledge on crime prevention and combat, social evils in 614 classes with over 18,400 union members and members participating. The movements for the entire people to protect national security and order have been deployed in conjunction with campaigns and emulation movements, such as: The entire people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; Day for the Poor...; promptly bring the Party's policies and the State's and local laws into life; effectively and practically contribute to the economic, cultural and social development of the province.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy highly appreciated the achievements of Ha Giang province in ensuring security and order and the movement of the whole people to protect national security and order. At the same time, he requested the Party committees, authorities, police forces, and the Fatherland Front Committees from the province to the grassroots level to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the directives and resolutions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the strategy to protect national security and order in the new situation. Effectively implement the coordination program between the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; coordinate with forces, mobilize the strength of the whole people to ensure security and order right at the grassroots level; develop and replicate self-management models. Determine the motto "building to fight" to push back social evils. Effectively organize the National Great Unity Day. Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son requested Party committees at all levels, authorities, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, units and localities to continue to uphold the responsibility of leaders in building and developing the movement of the entire people to protect national security and order, associated with local emulation movements, in order to mobilize the strength of the entire political system to participate in protecting national security and order; regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of the movement; summarize, reward and replicate good practices, typical and advanced models in implementing the movements. The Public Security forces at all levels need to promote their core role in advising Party committees and authorities at the same level to promptly propose policies, plans and measures to build the movement of the entire people to protect national security and order. Focus on propagating, disseminating, educating, mobilizing and guiding people to grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and regulations on protecting national security and order; Combining various forms of propaganda so that people can access information as quickly as possible; raising vigilance and proactively taking preventive measures. Innovating the content, form and method of building a mass movement to protect national security and order to meet the requirements and tasks of protecting national security and order in the new situation, in accordance with the specific conditions and circumstances of each region, each locality, each field and the political tasks of the locality.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested all levels, sectors and localities to promote the movement of the entire people to protect national security in cyberspace, apply information technology and social networks in propaganda work; strengthen the fight against and refute the wrong views and arguments of hostile forces. Effectively implement resolutions, plans and decisions of the Politburo and the Ministry of Public Security on the movement of the entire people to protect national security. Pay more attention to the work of mobilizing and socializing resources to meet the requirements and tasks of building an increasingly extensive, comprehensive and substantive movement.
