Organizing Vietnam Book Day and Reading Culture in conjunction with implementing Project 1371

On April 16, the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province organized the opening ceremony of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in conjunction with the implementation of Project 1371 on "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination and education of law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level in the period of 2021 - 2027" in the provincial military in 2024.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh An, member of the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province, Deputy Commissar of the Provincial Military Command attended and opened the activities. Also attending were heads, officers and soldiers of agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Thanh An emphasized that this is a practical activity to promote the position, role and importance of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day; encourage and develop the reading movement of officers and soldiers in the provincial military, in order to meet the needs of enjoying spiritual culture, information, research, study, and improve comprehensive knowledge for officers and soldiers. At the same time, continue to introduce to officers and soldiers in the provincial military new books, good books in the Provincial Military Command Library for officers and soldiers to study, research, enrich their knowledge, improve their cultural and spiritual life, and contribute to the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Also during the days of organizing Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province organized a collection of books from officers and soldiers of agencies and units to give to the people and support libraries and bookcases in remote areas. Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day is associated with the implementation of Project 1371 in the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province in 2024, organized by the Military Command of the province until the end of April 2024.
