On the first working day of the new year of At Ty, on the morning of February 3 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year) at the Presidential Palace, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong held a spring meeting and delivered a speech assigning tasks to all officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Office of the President, according to VNA. At the meeting, Head of the Office of the President Le Khanh Hai, on behalf of the Office's leadership, briefly reported on the implementation of the Office's tasks before and during the Lunar New Year holiday. Accordingly, the Office has proactively developed a plan and organized the implementation to thoughtfully and promptly serve the activities of the President and Vice President before, during and after the Lunar New Year. At the same time, it organized for officials, civil servants and workers to celebrate Tet in a warm, joyful, safe and economical manner; Organize regularly, handle work before, during and after Tet according to plan seriously, promptly, smoothly, not to let security and safety incidents happen in the agency.

Wishing a happy New Year of the Snake to all cadres, civil servants and public employees of the unit, President Luong Cuong expressed his joy and high agreement with the report of the Chief of the Office of the President on the dissemination and implementation of the Directive of the Secretariat, the Prime Minister and the instructions of ministries and branches on the organization of the 2025 Lunar New Year.
The President assessed that the activities to celebrate the Lunar New Year this year were basically organized tightly, ensuring that all people, especially policy beneficiaries and people in remote areas, had a happy and safe Tet holiday; at the same time, he commended the officials, civil servants and public employees of the Office of the President for being exemplary, thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing the directives and resolutions, strictly complying, and organizing a happy, absolutely safe and economical Tet holiday.

During the early spring meeting, President Luong Cuong requested the Office of the President to seriously grasp and plan, organize closely, and ensure the successful completion of the work serving the duties of the President and Vice President right from the first days of spring and throughout 2025.
In particular, performing well the advisory work according to functions and tasks, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the President and Vice President.
Emphasizing that 2025 is the year of acceleration and breakthrough to achieve and surpass all targets and objectives of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; 5-year plans, 10-year strategies in socio-economic development; at the same time, continuing to implement the policy of streamlining the payroll, ensuring a streamlined, strong team, operating effectively and efficiently, the President requested to streamline the payroll but the quality of work needs to be better; each cadre, civil servant and public employee must fully perform their advisory functions and tasks; maintain solidarity, responsibility, initiative, "play their role, know their lesson" to maintain, promote and enhance the position of the Office of the President.
In the joyful atmosphere of the first day of the Lunar New Year, President Luong Cuong wished the collective of officials, civil servants and employees of the Office of the President to promote the tradition of solidarity, overcome difficulties, uphold the sense of responsibility, complete all tasks; together with the whole country, strive to achieve even greater achievements in 2025 and the following years.
